its a stoner movie entitled 'half baked'
im sure it won several academy awards..
Now that you mentioned it, Conan said he was in that movie in the intro to another interview.
YouTube commenters talk about him in a movie called "Rocket Man" and I remember him from "There's Something About Mary" as the "7-Minute Abs"/serial killer/hitchhiker. Apparently he was also "Lug" a bit part in "Robots."
