I haven't gone to see any piano performances, so mebbe it's usually done, but the singing sideways, while the only way I can see to face the audience, looks kinda uncomfortable. I wonder if he uses a portable mic when performing elsewhere?
Great little gig!
I've seen a lot of piano players sing that way. I suppose you could get a stiff neck. I had no time to post anything else, and I'd found that clip for other reasons, but it's a cool little number.
