Legal Reality of Israel's Attack

From Glenn Greenwald, Craig Murray:
A word on the legal position, which is very plain. To attack a foreign flagged vessel in international waters is illegal. ... The Law of the Sea is quite plain that, when an incident takes place
on a ship on the high seas (outside anybody's territorial waters) the applicable law is that of the flag state of the ship on which the incident occurred. In legal terms, the Turkish ship was Turkish territory. ...In brief, if Israel and Turkey are not at war, then it is Turkish law which is applicable to what happened on the ship. It is for Turkey, not Israel, to carry out any inquiry or investigation into events and to initiate any prosecutions.

Where might this all lead?

I don't know what you think you're accomplishing here wayne.

I delete your links without bothering to investigate them because you're a total idiot and a hypocrite and your reading material is almost always garbage.

Yeah, them promiscuous and sexually seductive Muslims breed like rats, don't they? All part of their Master Plan.

You realize that, about eighty some-odd years ago, one could replace "Muslims" with "Jews" and the logic would remain.

But holding that view would make you a Nazi, wouldn't it?

Oh, that first one reminded me alot of Nazi "concerns" about "the sexual/seductive Jew" and Jews breeding "like rats" to overwhelm the Master Race.

But that would make Wayne a Nazi, right?

I honestly didn't read them. "wayne" exhausted my patience centuries ago.
