I have almost zero faith in the efficacy of protests anymore. But some government behaviour is so egregious that one simply must stand to be counted.
At least when subsequent generations read about us in their history books, they'll have seen that some people weren't so ignorant and apathetic or deluded.
If that's all we accomplish tomorrow, so be it. I'll be at the protest in Toronto.
